What is Cialis?
Cialis relaxes muscles in the blood vessels and it also increases the blood flow to certain parts of the body.
Cialis is a medication used to treat the symptoms of erectile dysfunction (impotence) and signs associated with benign prostate hypertrophy (enlarged prostate).
Another type of tadalafil brand is Adcirca which can be used for treating pulmonary artery hypertension and increasing exercise capacity in both men and women. Don’t take Cialis in conjunction with Adcirca unless your physician recommends it.
Warnings:
Do not use Cialis medicine if you are using a nitrate medicine to treat chest discomfort or other heart conditions such as nitroglycerin dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate as well as some other drugs used for recreational purposes like “poppers”. When you take tadalafil along with nitrate medication could result in an abrupt and significant drop in blood pressure.
Certain medicines may cause undesirable or hazardous effects when used together with Cialis. Discuss with your doctor all the medications you take including Riociguat (Adempas).
Consult your physician or seek urgent medical attention if you notice that the erection you are experiencing is painful or lasts for more than four hours. An extended erection (priapism) could cause damage to the penis.
Seek medical attention immediately if you are experiencing chest pain, nausea, or dizziness while having sex.
Stop taking Cialis and seek medical attention if you experience sudden loss of vision.

Sudden loss of vision has been reported in a few people who take medicines such as tadalafil (Viagra or similar). The majority of them had eye issues and/or had a high level of cholesterol, coronary artery disease, diabetes, an unhealthy smoking history, or people older than fifty years of age. It’s unclear if the medication was the primary reason for the loss of vision.
Cialis is not believed to harm a baby who is not yet born. Consult your physician if you are expecting or plan to be pregnant.
It is not clear if the tadalafil is absorbed into breast milk, or if it can affect nursing infants. Consult your physician if you are nursing.
Cialis is not recommended for use by anyone less than 18 years old.
